LANDLORD'S SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
As security for this tenancy, the tenant may choose to take out a rent guarantee arranged by Søderberg & Partners. This guarantee costs 12 % of 4 months' rent, and is a one-off cost valid for the 3-year contract period.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The property is the landlord's own home, which gives the tenant fewer rights than when renting other housing, cf. the Tenancy Act § 11-4.
There are restrictions on drilling holes or screws in walls and ceilings, and felt pads must be placed under all furniture. Pets and smoking indoors are not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The deposit/guarantee and rent must be paid before handover. The tenant will be required to sign a move-in report and a move-out report on moving in and out to confirm the condition of the property.
