At present we are primarily looking for male tenants.

We divide the home into shared rooms and residents' rooms.
The shared rooms are: stairwell, entrance, large living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, loft living room and two WCs.
There are 6 rooms in total.
The residents' rooms available are:
Room 4 - NOK 7,100 - 9 sq m - to the right of the shared living room on the 3rd floor
Room 6 - NOK 6,900 - 10 sq m - to the left of the stairwell on the 3rd floor
All the rooms have light-painted walls and ceilings. New floors, attractive original oak strip floors laid in a herringbone pattern. Apart from residents' rooms 1 and 2, the other rooms are on the 3rd floor, together with the shared room/loft living room. The rooms are priced according to size and layout. Residents' rooms 1 and 2 are large rooms with plenty of space for more furniture, very good ceiling height and large windows. Fireplaces in the bedrooms are subject to a fire ban and must not be used. All the residents' rooms are equipped with a bed, mirror, workspace and wardrobe. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and ready for use on moving in.

LANDLORD'S SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
As security for this tenancy, the tenant may choose to arrange a rent guarantee through
Søderberg & Partners. This guarantee costs 12% of 4 months' rent, and is a
one-off cost valid for the contract period of 3 years.
Alternatively, a cash deposit of 3 months' rent can be chosen. Contact the

SPECIAL PROVISIONS
There are restrictions on drilling holes or inserting screws in walls and ceilings, and it is important that felt pads are placed
under all furniture. Pets and smoking indoors are also prohibited
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The deposit/guarantee and rent must be paid before handover. The tenant will be required
to sign a move-in and move-out report on moving in and out to
confirm the condition of the home.
