SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The property is the landlord's own home, which gives the tenant fewer rights than when renting other housing, cf. section 11-4 of the Tenancy Act.
There are restrictions on drilling holes or inserting screws in walls and ceilings, and felt pads must be fitted under all furniture. Pets and smoking indoors are not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The deposit/guarantee and rent must be paid before handover. The tenant will be asked to sign a move-in report and a move-out report on moving in and out to confirm the condition of the home.
