As security for this tenancy, the tenant may choose to take out a rent guarantee arranged by Søderberg & Partners. This guarantee costs 12 % of 4 months' rent (NOK 10,560) and is a one-off cost valid for the 3-year contract period.

SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The deposit/guarantee and rent must be paid before handover. The tenant will be asked to sign a move-in report and a move-out report on moving in and out to confirm the condition of the home.
